THE NOMINATION PERIOD FOR 2023 IS NOW CLOSED.

If you wish to nominate another parishioner or yourself to serve a three year term on the Parish Pastoral Council, the School Board, the Athletic Board, or the Home and School Association Board, or a four year term on the Parish Finance Council, please fill out a nomination form no later than Monday, April 17, 2023. Forms can be filled out online by clicking on the respective link below or to the right.  
 
As required by Canon Law, each parish must establish a Parish Finance Council to advise the pastor on financial concerns in the parish. The Finance Council reviews the financial statements of the parish and helps in the preparation of the yearly budget. Two members of the Finance Council are completing their four-year terms.
 
Parish Pastoral Council is a very important advisory body for our parish and they have given our pastors solid advice over many years. Fr. Bill continues to need their advice and direction in making critical decisions for the future of our parish. Five members of Council are completing their three year term this spring and will retire from the Council.  Additionally, one high school junior or senior is selected each year to serve a one year term.
 
The Saint Pius X School Board is an advisory board that assists the Pastor and School Principal with the governance of Saint Pius X Catholic School. Its mission is to provide advice and support on matters of Catholic character, development, marketing, planning, and policy for the success of the School and the greater good of the Parish. This year, there are two 3-year openings on the School Board.
 
The Athletic Board works to support the Athletic Director. Its members help the Athletic Director to understand the needs and reactions of our athletics program, as well as to strategize on goals and objectives in order to support the mission of our athletics program. This year, there are three 3-year openings on the Athletic Board.
 
The Home and School Association (HASA) Board acts as a leadership group for the parents and administration of Saint Pius X Catholic School. Its members help in supporting the mission and objectives of our parent association. This year, there are three 3-year openings on the HASA Board.

All nominations must be completed online no later than Monday, April 17, 2023.  Late submissions will not be accepted.
