Participation in this ministry is a great way for parishioners to get to know each other better while performing a service that helps get information out to our parish community.
How the Ministry Works:- Volunteers are called when help is need with an office project. The project can be small like placing an insert in the bulletin or a very large bulk mailing going out to the whole parish.
- Depending on the size of the project it will take from one hour for something small to four plus hours for a large bulk mailing.
- Volunteers must be available during the day. Work is typically scheduled at the parish office during the work week and usually starts at 9:00 a.m.
