Eucharistic Adoration is a posture of love, the placing of oneself in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ in the Blessed Sacrament. Private prayer in the presence of the Eucharist reserved in the Tabernacle is available at all times whenever the Church is open.
Eucharistic Exposition is time we spend adoring Christ in His Real Presence visible in the Monstrance on the Altar. Exposition takes place in the Chapelevery Friday beginning after the 8:45 a.m. Mass (approx. 9:15 a.m.) and concluding with Benediction at 5:00 p.m. and in the Churchevery Saturday from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. during the sacrament of Reconciliation. All are welcome, anytime!
You can say a prayer before Him, use a devotional, or simply remain in the loving silence of Our Lord's presence. The fact that you are there is a prayer in and of itself because you show your love and belief in the source and summit of our Catholic faith. The Risen Lord is substantially present in the Blessed Eucharist: Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity.
How awesome Our Lord is to give us this way to approach Our Living God!
