The purpose of the Daughters of Mary is to bring together Catholic women who want to grow closer to Christ through Scripture and Scripture-based readings, as well as through stories of the saints and saints-to-be. Through study, small-group discussion, and fellowship, we deepen our understanding of our Catholic faith and develop the special bond of Christ-centered friendships and community.
All adult women of the parish are welcome to join us for one of our seasonal studies (due to space limitations, registration is limited to 24 participants). Watch the bulletin to find out about registration for our next study!
In this book of meditations, Fr. Phillipe "shares with us a profound clarity to the full scope of meaning behind Christ's eight beatitudes, and in turn, outlines for us a way in which we can live them in our daily lives . . . As he opens each door . . . we are enriched with the desire to grow ever closer to the Lord, and to open the hearts of everyone we meet to His life-giving message of true happiness." [back of book]
Sessions: Fridays, April 19 - June 14 from 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. (no session on May 24)
